We are going to really make some things happen, and I got some big announcements that we're launching in January to really, work with you and just just make your life the best that it possibly can be. So here's what we got. Okay? Number 1, I wanna talk about the new planner. The new planner is off the charts. Look for videos, in the community. Look for videos or course emails. I'm building a lot of stuff for you. So not only is the new 2025 planner amazing with new navigation, the way you get around it.
JB Glossinger [00:01:04]:
I'm actually gonna use it as my full planner. I haven't been doing that. I've been kinda just doing day by day. But now with the navigation, I can move around it. It works. Also, we've got a new workbook. That workbook will help you get the plan in place for 2025. So that's the first announcement.
JB Glossinger [00:01:21]:
Okay? Is that the new planner, Ken Dawson, morning coach member for years years years, is now our head designer. We've got a lot of things coming this year, and it's great that we're working with Ken. He's from England. He just does a great job. And, you know, we've got obviously, Jurgen and others, Martin, who are doing some back end looking at it and researching it. We just got this is community driven. You know, VITAS is you know, Karen's been involved. So many people have been involved in this production, Stacy, and I just love where it's at.

So that's the planner and then the workbook. And the workbook's gonna help you really get the structure for the planner so you can start using that now. In the front portion to put it together, you're gonna find a lot of new stuff. You're gonna find health. You're gonna find the sacred 6, that Martin kinda created. This has been a community effort. Super excited about it. Get it on your device, whatever you're using.

And if you're using the single sheet, that's great if you wanna print it out. And we're gonna be got we're gonna be working on some print stuff here real soon too. But before that, we also have a new daily lesson. Now the daily lesson, obviously, I'm using AI, but I wanted to create a summary, some takeaways and questions and I needed an easy way to do that. There's a lot of content coming, right? So every day I do the show and obviously we do the metaphysical morning ritual, take time for self care, you're here listening to coach cast and then plan your day. Well, with that, I wanted to have a way for you to get more information from the CoachCast. So in the community, there is a circle that says daily lesson. And if you're just, you know, you're too busy to listen or maybe you couldn't you wanna catch up to a few versions, go in there and every single day is a summary, some takeaways, and some key questions from the coach cast.

Okay? So that's new. It's called the new it's called MC daily lesson, morning coach daily lesson, and it works hand in hand with the coach cast. Okay. Now for the biggest announcement. This one is huge. Okay? So as you know, we're big into health. I mean, it's the most important thing. And most of the people in our community are not spring chickens, meaning we're not 20 year old.

There's a few, but the majority of people have a little life in them. And as you know, I'm huge into longevity and antiaging. It's something that's very important to me. It's near and dear. We've had doctor Paul, who's an amazing research scientist and physician, teaches doctors, amazing person, has traveled the world and and worked in in in health in various areas. And and not only that, he's a triathlete himself and just a I mean, just a genius when it comes to medical and health ideas and one of the world's experts on antiaging and longevity. So the announcement that I'm making today that we're launching in January is the new Morning Coach Anti Aging and Longevity Planner and Curriculum that I'm teaming up with doctor Paul to provide to you as a Morning Coach member. So not only do you have your productivity planner, which has a new health section where you can put all your data and some basics in there, but we are creating a anti aging longevity planner that you can have in your device sitting next to it and you can put how you're training, what you're eating, what supplements you're taking, and what you're doing to work on your health and antiaging.
JB Glossinger [00:04:39]:
Then we are gonna do a monthly meetup. You'll get information on this with me and doctor Paul, specifically on antiaging and longevity. So excited about this. It works perfectly with what we're doing because productivity and antiaging go hand to hand and longevity. Right? So if you're feeling good and you have great health, you're gonna be much more productive. And this isn't about being a supermodel. You hear me talk about this all the time. This is about you being a you don't have to go out and run marathons.
JB Glossinger [00:05:08]:
That's ridiculous. We need to have better health. We all know that. Right? And we're gonna support you in 2025 with that effort. If you don't wanna, hey, if you don't wanna jump on that train, you don't have to. Again, we do a lot here because we have all different types of people that want different things. But if you're ready to commit, and that's our what we're gonna talk about today. What is your commitment level? If you're ready to commit to your health, and we're gonna talk about that Wednesday too, we're building tools for you.
JB Glossinger [00:05:32]:
Okay? We're gonna have the the best experts in the world, and we're gonna have planners and structure to do that. I searched for an anti aging longevity planner. I I couldn't find one. We're gonna use the same framework as a productivity planner, so you've got great navigation. So you can write down, you know, what you ate, what you did, and you can really dive into understanding your health at a deeper level at your own time. And then the last thing I'll tell you is we are building and have been building with the team a new CRM. Why is that important? Because I'm gonna be sending out some surveys. Over the years, this has been a dream of mine to send things out, do cool things for members.
JB Glossinger [00:06:08]:
We just haven't had the data. So we're gonna get your address, if your birthday, if you wanna send it to us, and then more importantly, your plan. So we can start putting people together that are working on similar things. We can start providing resources based on the things you're looking for. So there will be some surveys coming out that will input into our CRM that allows us to provide the tools for you. So there's a lot of investment going into morning coaches, you know. That's why we wanna grow because I reinvest right back in it. I want this to be the best coaching program.
JB Glossinger [00:06:38]:
I want my mastermind to be the best mastermind in the world. And right now, they're getting there. I'm really excited about where we're at. Adding longevity and antiaging to me is just a I mean, it's just unbelievable. And and being able to work with an expert like doctor Paul who's been helping, is just really great. So get excited. It's our month to start planning, and and that's what we're gonna do. We're gonna talk about your commitment level today.

Are you really committed? And then again, another community driven book study, Mario's, suggested this book, which is called Mind Magic, the neuroscience of manifestation and how it changes everything. I think those of you that are left brain engineer types, very intelligent, which is most of this community, it sometimes goes, well, I don't really like the woo woo energy. I don't know if that works. Well, this is an excellent book on how the neuroscience works when you start to manifest. So this is really good. Like, I I was really impressed with it, Maris. Thank you so much for sharing this. And I really enjoyed the book because it me and you're gonna have had these conversations a bunch, and I think this book goes right along with that.
JB Glossinger [00:07:44]:
So excited about that. Then we've got Wednesday, we're gonna talk about a health driven mission. You know, where does that fit in your mission? Do you have a place for that? Thursday, we're gonna talk about what do you do if you don't have a mission, and what is the difference between our north star mission for the next year, our overall mission, and our vision. We're gonna go over what those three things are because in your workbook, you're gonna have those. And then obviously, you can you're gonna get some teaching videos and stuff also that you can watch and dive in that. I've written a book about it. So we're gonna continue to provide resources, but I I wanna talk about it because you need to get that structured for next year within our plan. And then Friday, we're gonna talk about a commitment to a financial plan.
JB Glossinger [00:08:22]:
You know? And again, you know, with our planning system, it's all about flexibility. It really is. But we need to get some structure to your finances. Doctor Paul on Saturday is always antiaging longevity. It's gonna be awesome. You don't wanna miss it as we dive more into those topics. And then we're gonna talk about getting deeper into life and what is your spiritual commitment on Sunday. Is that something you wanna do? So again, we're talking about commitment today as we start December.
JB Glossinger [00:08:47]:
This is our official planning month. If you're just brand new with us, perfect timing. I mean, you couldn't have joined at a better time. If you haven't been listening, this is the time to start listening. Right? Right now, let's get committed. Let's spend the next 4 weeks over the holidays, really getting our our plan together for the next year. And again, whatever systems you use, one of the surveys I'm sending is, you know, what what are your planning systems and some of you I know just do it in your head. And I'm okay with that as long as you're committed to getting here every day and listening.
JB Glossinger [00:09:17]:
And then we have people, again, I I Vitus, Juergen, some of our our black belts, literally 60, 70 page plans. And you're getting this year, we need your big one. But no really good plans that they're doing and you can work on your workbook, but it's it's this is an individual unique system. I provide the coaching, the energy every single day. You have got to figure out your pieces of it. And then the structure of this system, you know, I never take credit for it. This is years years of being around engineers and aerospace and taking, you know, the stuff that I learned all those years and bringing it into a system, which obviously has elements of get it done now, Sacred 6, health, and everything as we continue to evolve this into like the best evolutionary system for you and your life so that you can live your best life. So as we get into this, I wanna ask you, are you committed? Because this is the key thing.
JB Glossinger [00:10:09]:
If you look at the gym, within the next 2 months, so many people will join the gym. And you'll go to the gym, you can't even use it. Right? That's one of the reasons I like to have a gym in my house. Well, and I also like to do weird exercises. I don't wanna be videoed. But when you're doing when you're doing the when people get excited about stuff, they start and then they just don't hold consistently. They're not committed. They do it for a month, they do it for 2 months.
JB Glossinger [00:10:35]:
And so I want you to commit. Like, so one of the things I do is train. You know, April 27th, I sign up for things, I sign up for a marathon, I'm gonna be work I'm gonna be running in Toledo. And so it's like I I it gives me the ability to train. I'm not working out. I'm not exercising. So it's really hard to quit. What do I mean by that? Is I'm training.
JB Glossinger [00:10:53]:
Yes. I'm working out. I'm exercising, but it's a deeper level. I'm training. I'm training for an event. So I want you to think about that. Maybe it's off the couch to a 5 k. Whatever it is for you, there's a lot of things you can do.
JB Glossinger [00:11:03]:
Go walk. There's so many things, but in in all areas of life too, by the way. But I want you to think about this. Can you stick with it this year? Now I remember working, training with sir that we were, you know, he would bring a lot of fitness stuff in. He believes in evolution also. I love the way he teaches, you know, his he created his martial art, and then he brings so many things in from Muay Thai to, you know, ex Israelis that come over to, you know, all different types of systems to kettlebells, and he learned kettlebells from Russians. So I'll never forget when he went and got his kettlebell certification, he says, I'm gonna do this a year for a year. I don't know if it's gonna be good or bad, but I'm committed to it.
JB Glossinger [00:11:39]:
I'm gonna get to training, I'm gonna get to teaching, and I'm going to train with it for a year. And at the end of the year, I'm gonna make a determination if it worked or not. And this instantaneous gratification that so many people live in, it really drives we have people join the trial and try it for a week and leave. It's like you're not gonna get anything out of this system in a week. I mean, this is PhD level information, right? This takes time, and we have amazing leaders in our community. This is not something you just come into in 1 week, you're gonna change your life. This is a commitment, right? So you gotta commit just like sir, you know, he committed to that. Now he loves kettlebells.
JB Glossinger [00:12:18]:
I like kettlebells too. I like nonfunctional or whatever they call it training that's a little bit different, but I do like kettlebells. I learned it from him. But the idea is to get your systems in place. So if you're gonna use the remarkable this year, then commit to it. Let's get the planner in place. Let's get the workbook in place, and let's get the fitness antiaging longevity. I want it to be more than fitness and health.
JB Glossinger [00:12:41]:
That's too generic. Antiaging and longevity is what we're really building. Get those in place and commit to the next year. You don't have to do it every single day. Right? That's one of the things. You know, we gotta watch being OCD where all of a sudden you get negative because you didn't do everything. And I get that. That's how I am, so I understand that.
JB Glossinger [00:12:59]:
But you gotta give yourself a break with our system. You just gotta get committed to it and say, I'm gonna do this for a year. Are you playing with this, or is it a hobby? Is it a business or a hobby? When I coach in business and we're talking in the mastermind, I'll ask, is it business or a hobby? What's going on? What is your commitment level? Are you playing, or are you ready to go? And so here's where I'm at. I'm I'm telling you, your investment is in here, but the investment financially is not that huge. What you need to do is you need to create the time. You need to create the time to do your morning routine, your morning ritual. You know, and I use Juergen as example. Juergen is the extreme case.
JB Glossinger [00:13:37]:
He's got a podium, a lectern all set up where he goes in the morning, and it's his planning time. That's why he's being so successful. You don't have to do that. You can just sit down and get a whiteboard out, but go over our basics. Do some self care, listen to coach cast, and then plan your day. That's what's so critical. Sit down with your planner and say, okay, what am I gonna do today? And it's all based on what are you gonna do today. It's based on your mission.
JB Glossinger [00:14:02]:
Right? And I'm gonna tell you Thursday that if you don't can't get that clear enough what you need to do. K? So I've got the tools that even if you're like, well, I just don't know. I'm in transition, and I don't know. I don't know what that north star is. We're gonna talk about that Thursday because we're gonna put something together for you so that at least you will know that you can move forward. So I want you to be thinking about this today. I want you to ask yourself, are you committed? Like, are you really committed? Are you really gonna do this this year? And I can raise my hand and say the things that I didn't do, k, a couple things, were not usually integrating the planner into my life fully. I was doing it every morning, but I wasn't using it like, okay, 3 months from now, this is what I'm doing.
JB Glossinger [00:14:45]:
Like my marathon training. I'm gonna put my marathon training in the antiaging longevity journal. If I didn't have the daily I mean, if I didn't have that, if we weren't creating that, then I would put that information in the journal on the second page of the productivity planner. But I want one where I'm doing my health and my nutrition. I am dedicated to breaking 3:30, maybe even 3 hours in the marathon. So I'm hardcore training. I'm committed to that. So we're building, planning, insisting, and and it's also part of the antiaging process.
JB Glossinger [00:15:17]:
Right? So when we talk about goals, you know, I've kinda moved the name to trajectories, which I learned from Rick Jaro. You know, if I go after that and I commit to a better, healthy antiaging plan, I am going to be better. I'm going to be better. There's no way that I can't. My health is gonna be better. My fitness is gonna be better. I'm gonna be just rocking it. So that's me.
JB Glossinger [00:15:39]:
I'm committed to it. I haven't been using it. Same thing with the productivity planner. One of the things that Ken made that I love is the annual planner. It links to the other pages. So if you look at the little left hand 2024, you can click that. It'll take you to a main page and you're just like, June 5th. I'm gonna be gone June 5th through this and mark it off, and then you can go to each page.
JB Glossinger [00:15:59]:
It's really awesome. I'm still using Google Calendar for my appointment stuff, which I don't have a lot of stuff, but I'm really scheduling everything out in the new planner. That's what I haven't used in the past because the navigation was weak. We now have that fixed. So the question is, are you committed? And if you are, there are some things I'm gonna need from you. Right? You need to get here and listen to coach cast, check out the daily lesson, get in the community once in a while, do the survey so I can get new information in, we can get the right resource to you.
